At Lumero.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept any undamaged and un-scratched glasses within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.

General Terms:

  • The customer must return the parcel through a traceable courier at their own expense.

  • Delivery Charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests are processed within 2-3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.

Steps to Follow for Returns

1. Repack the Parcel

Make sure the item is packed safely in its original packaging. Damaged or scratched items will not be accepted. Please include a note inside the parcel with:

  • The Name used to place the order

  • Your Phone Number

  • Order ID/Number

2. Ship to Our Warehouse

The customer must return the parcel via a traceable delivery service (Courier or Registered Post) to the following address:

Address: Prang Road, Charsadda, KPK, Pakistan.

3. Confirmation Call

Once we receive your parcel, our representative will call you to verify the contents. Your exchange or refund will then be processed within 2-3 working days.

Policy for Customized / Prescription Glasses

Eyesight Lenses Refund Policy

  • Correct Prescription: The cost of eyesight lenses is non-refundable if the prescription provided by the customer is correct. In this case, only the frame amount is eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Personal Preference: If the glasses match your prescription but you wish to return them for personal reasons, the lens amount will be deducted from the total refund.

  • Incorrect Prescription: If the lenses are found to be incorrect or poorly manufactured after our verification, Lumero.pk will provide a full refund, including both the frame and the lens costs.
